The effective practices at increasing health, relaxation, and positivity such as meditation, yoga, focused gratitude, and even dietary improvements, DO help increase the structure of the water in your body. However, this process can be challenging and is dependent upon your level of consciousness in the first place to make the lifestyle changes necessary and implement and adopt these practices as regular habits. These practices are much more effective in maintaining
your current degree of structure, rather than dramatically altering it to improve its complexity and conductivity. Dramatically altering the structure of the water in the body is not an easy task, and it can often take years of dedicated practice of these kinds of methods and complete changes to their life for one to achieve the increased level of health and consciousness they were looking for.
Of course, it is much easier to incorporate lifestyle changes when they occur as a result
of a change in your body’s water structure, rather than using lifestyle changes to cause
a change in your water structure. Lifestyle changes that occur as a result
of crystallographic change in the body are natural and easy to adopt, there is little resistance, and often times people are unaware they are making dramatic choices and changes - rather, it occurs as a natural and resonant development for them. Making lifestyle changes without
this change in structure, though, can be exceptionally difficult and challenging. Our current structure dictates our level of consciousness, and our habits and processes, and can be near impossible to overcome and change.
